On Dec. 17 at 10:39 p.m., Calvert County Dep. Roscoe Kreps conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Prince Frederick Blvd.
The driver, Kelsey Jerrod Butler, 19 of Chesapeake Beach, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia (a smoking device) and driving under the influence.
A passenger in the vehicle, Derrick Lamont Estep, 18 of Prince Frederick, was also arrested for possession of marijuana.
