On May 10, at 12:35 a.m., Trooper Logsdon responded to German Chapel Road for a reported loud party and possible underage drinking. Upon arrival, Kyle G. Kleeberg, 19 of Prince Frederick and Johnathan W. Pulte, 19 of Barstow, were observed passing a metal CDS smoking device containing burnt marijuana residue.
They were arrested and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
