Tonight is the inaugural St. Mary’s Ryken Poetry Slam for area Catholic, middle school students. It’s from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Romauld Hall Theater (lower campus). There are 32 students participating and the event is free and open to the public.
Several of our students participated in the “Poetry Out Lout” competition for the first time this year and found a love of poetry that they wanted to share with younger students.
