On Nov. 3, at 8:13 p.m., Trooper First Class Murphy was dispatched to Hot Lick Guitars in Prince Frederick for a reported destruction of property and theft.
Trooper Murphy’s investigation revealed that around 6 p.m., the vinyl window out of a White Jeep was cut. A JVC car radio/ CD Player and a Gerber multi purpose tool were stolen from the vehicle. The suspects were described as a Hispanic male and a Hispanic female.
