These Shining Lives Performed by St. Mary’s Ryken Students

On November 4-6, 2015, St. Mary’s Ryken (SMR) students performed “These Shining Lives” on the campus in the Romuald Hall auditorium for parents, students and community members. 

SMR students excelled in their performances of this dramatic true story of four women in the 1920s who’s health suffered severely after using radium to paint watch dials.

“These Shining Lives” is written by Melanie Marnich.

In the Spring 2016, SMR students will perform the musical, The Sound of Music. The performances will be open to the public.
