On April 18, at 12 a.m. Trooper First Class Bowling responded to a call for an assault on Solomons Island. Larry D. Neal, Jr., 23 of Suitland, was arrested at the scene for disorderly conduct. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
On April 18, at approximately 1 a.m., Trooper Cavill was working crowd control on Solomons Island. Tobin D. Wood, 24 of Surprise, AZ, was arrested for disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
