TFC J. Edelen and TFC R. Hill observed an occupied Ford with no registration plates during a patroll of the rear lot at the Thunderbird Motel Saturday. Upon a suspicious vehicle stop, the officers noticed a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle.
A search of the vehicle’s occupant revealed an unloaded RG14 22 Caliber handgun and a plastic bag containing marijuana. Erick N. Wilson, 18 of Lusby, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and handgun on person.
