Traffic stop leads to arrest for possession with intent to distribute

On April 12 at 8:47 a.m. Dep. G. Gott conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Md. Rt. 4 and the Thomas Johnson Bridge in Solomons. 

He found the driver, John Lloyd Stevenson, 22, of Parkville, to be in possession of suspected drugs. 

Stevenson was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in sufficient quantity to indicate an intent to distribute, possession of marijuana in the amount of at least 10 grams, and use of drug paraphernalia; a metal grinder.
