On Jan. 27, at 1:44 a.m., Joshua Phil Spalding, 28 of Lexington Park, was arrested by Tpr. N. Gresko for possession of marijuana. Spalding was operating a black Jaguar X16 and was stopped on Point Lookout Road just north of Great Mills for a traffic violation.
A routine MVA check revealed Spalding does not have a driver’s license and was placed under arrest and taken into custody. Spalding was found to be in possession of a small baggie of marijuana. He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
