CHARLOTTE HALL, Md. — On Sept. 28 at 9:14 p.m., the St.Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office reported that traffic lights in Charlotte Hall have lost power on Route 5 near Golden Beach Rd and Mt Wolf Rd.
