Cpl. Anthony Moschetto arrested Vincent E. Hurley, 56 and Andre White, 39 both of Prince Frederick and charged them with possession of cocaine after he stopped the vehicle Hurley was operating for a traffic violation.
Cpl. Kenneth Gregory’s narcotic K-9 alerted on the drug in the vehicle. The drug arrest occurred on February 9 at 9:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the 7-11 Convenience Store on Church Street in Prince Frederick.
