Two men and woman charged with possession of heroin

Maryland State Police Prince Frederick Trooper First Class Oles stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 near Wentworth Nursery in Prince Frederick on September 13th at 7:28 p.m. for traffic violations. 

The driver, William H. Burns 3rd, 27, was observed dropping a syringe out of the window onto the roadway.

The syringe was located. Burns, and his passengers, Thomas C. Fisher, 45, and Nichole D. Hobar, 33, all of Lusby, were all arrested and charged with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.  They were incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
