LA PLATA,, Md. – We are receiving reports of a serious motor vehicle accident this afternoon that sent two to the hospital.
At approximately 12:45 p.m., on July 6, police, fire and rescue personnel responded to the serious motor vehicle accident with entrapment at the 7700 block of Bumpy Oak Road.
Crews arrived to the scene and found two vehicles in the roadway involved in a head-on collision. Firefighters extricated one patient from the car. A total of two patients were transported to the hospital.
