On May 5, Deputy J Reithmeyer responded to Big Lots in Lexington Park, for a report of a trespasser.
Investigation revealed Steven Wayne Carter, 50 of no fixed address, was asked numerous times to leave Big Lots by store employees and refused to do so. Carter was still at Big Lots when Deputy Reithmeyer arrived.
Carter was arrested and charged with trespassing.
