Shortly after 4:00PM a call went out advising of a four vehicle accident at Prep N Play in Hollywood. A van turned over. Three other vehicles were involved. One vehicle was pushed into the doorway of the building. So far one patient has been transported to St. Mary’s Hospital. That patient was listed as Priority 2.

UPDATE:
At 4:09 P.M. on Friday, January 6, 2012, rescue crews were dispatched to the 24000 block of Mervell Dean Road for a personal injury accident with reports of an overturned vehicle. Rescue crews arrived on scene to find a total of four vehicles with one on its side and all occupants out of the vehicles with one person laying on the ground. The medical attention was given to the patient on the ground as well as an assessment of all other personnel that occupied the vehicles. One of the vehicles struck by the van that rolled over, struck the front of the building with no significant building damage. One patient was transported from the scene and the final fire/EMS unit cleared the scene at 4:33.
