On Monday, January 2, 2012 at 11:57am, TFC G. A. Thompson responded to the 43000 block of Airport View Drive in Hollywood for a reported Trespass Violation. Upon arrival, contact was made with a male complainant, 34, of Hollywood who advised that Scott Alan Henderson, 30, of Valley Lee was observed in the parking lot of the establishment, which is in violation of a “no trespass” order that was previously issued. According to the complainant, the no trespass order was issued due to Mr. Henderson’s behavior on previous occasions. Information was obtained in verified in respect to the order issued and TFC Thompson cleared the scene. However, at 2:50pm, TFC Thompson was notified that the suspect had returned to the establishment. TFC Thompson responded to the location and located Mr. Henderson who was subsequently arrested for Violation of Trespass Order. He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
