On March 29, at 6:54 p.m., Trooper Wyer stopped a vehicle matching the description of a look-out vehicle westbound on Rt 260 at Perry’s Choice for a theft reported in Sunderland.
The driver, Ricky A. Bylan, 22, and passenger, Shannon A. Cronin, 21 both of Churchton, were arrested for the theft and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
Bylan was also charged with numerous traffic violations.
