WALDORF, Md. โ€” A domestic violence incident early Saturday morning in Waldorf left a woman hospitalized with facial injuries and a man with bleeding from his mouth and nose. Emergency responders were called to a Gallery Place residence around 2:58 a.m. for reports of an assault involving two adults and children present in the home.

The Waldorf domestic violence incident occurred on September 20, 2025, when Charles County emergency units responded to reports of a male bleeding from his mouth and nose. According to emergency dispatch records, a female victim also sustained injuries including a busted lip and swollen face. Subsequently, dispatchers noted there was blood throughout the house.

Emergency Medical Services found a 35-year-old woman complaining of facial injuries and a 35-year-old man with facial trauma. Additionally, dispatch records indicate the incident involved verbal confrontations and physical violence between the two adults. The male victim reported the female jumped on him during the altercation.

Police reports detail that during the domestic dispute, the female was allegedly yelling at the male to leave the residence and throwing his clothes out. Furthermore, dispatch records indicate she directed profanity at his 9-year-old daughter, telling the child to leave as well. The incident created a chaotic environment with multiple injuries requiring medical attention.

Multiple ambulance units responded to handle the two injured patients. Meanwhile, emergency crews worked systematically to assess injuries and coordinate medical transport. The male victim initially signed a refusal against medical advice but later received treatment.

Emergency crews transported the female victim to Charles Regional Medical Center with Priority 3 status. Additionally, two children were on board the ambulance during transport, indicating they may have witnessed the violent domestic incident. The male victim’s transport status remains unclear.

The Waldorf domestic violence incident required extended emergency response lasting over an hour and forty-five minutes. All emergency units completed operations and returned to service by 4:43 a.m.

Neither victim’s current condition has been officially released by hospital authorities. The incident remains under investigation by Charles County authorities.

  1. Gallery Place… sounds about right. Used to have to work in there all the time, the dried pee on the stairs would make your boots stick.
