On Oct. 17, at 2:25 p.m., Tpr. M. Adams responded to the Food Lion in the 37000 block of Mt. Wolfe Road in Charlotte Hall for the reported theft under $500.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the female complainant, 73 of Mechanicsville.
She advised Tpr. Adams, unknown suspect(s) took her black wallet containing $111 in cash and various identification cards from her purse.
Total loss was $123.
The investigation continues.
