Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack TFC D. Ditoto observed Anthony John Knittle, 31, of Great Mills, on Friday September 5th at 3:23 p.m., walking on St. George’s Drive at St. Leonard Circle.
TFC Ditoto knew Mr. Knittle was currently wanted through the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack for two bench warrants. TFC Ditoto made contact with Mr. Knittle and arrested him for the warrants.
A further check revealed he was also wanted through the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office and Charles County Sheriff’s Office. A search incident to arrest revealed suspected CDS.
Mr. Knittle was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center, where he was charged accordingly for the CDS and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
