Calvert County Roads were a dangerous place to be on Friday, April 24. That afternoon, emergency first responders, fire, rescue and police were kept busy with three auto accidents reported all at about the same time.
The first call was for a school bus that struck a telephone pole at Bayside Road and Willows Road. In that accident, there was an unconfirmed report that two children were transported to CMH as a precaution and the bus driver signed a release.
The second call was a three-vehicle accident on Bayside Road and Summer City Blvd. In that case (pictured here) there was one transported to CMH and two releases signed.
The third call was Route 2 and Grovers Turn Road. No other information is available for the third accident.
TBN will provide details of all three accidents as the information is released by authorities.
