The original charges were 2 counts each Theft Over $500 and Forgery & Uttering private documents. She was taken before the Court Commissioner in Prince Georges County and held pending a bond review.
At 12:40 p.m. Aug. 30, William Claude Jones, Jr., 21, of Ridge was served a Bench Warrant by the Charles County Sheriff’s Department for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on August 1, 2007. At 2:29 p.m. Aug. 31, Paul Allen Unkle, 31, of Leonardtown was arrested by TFC Stockton on a Circuit Court warrant on the original charge of Escape – Second Degree. Unkle was already incarcerated in the St. Mary’s County Detention Center on related charges and is being held pending a bond review.
At 1:15 a.m. Aug. 31, Tayvonna Monique Yates, 19, of Fort George E. Meade was arrested by TFC Quade on a Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear in District Court in Annapolis on January 23, 2007. The original charge was Possession of Marijuana and CDS paraphernalia. Yates was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review.
