Goelling – Arrested for Failing to Appear on Drug Charges and Supplying Minor with Alcohol
At 4:10 pm on Wednesday, Feb. 22, TFC A. Rossignol arrested Timothy Lee Goelling, 28, of Waldorf, on a St. Mary’s County Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear in court to answer to charges of CDS Possession and Sell/Furnish Minor with Alcoholic Beverage. Mr. Goelling was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held on no bond.
Jordan – Summoned for Assault
At 4:20 pm on Friday, Feb. 17, TFC M. Moore served a criminal summons on Tannisha Udina Jordan, 28, of Lexington Park, to appear in court to answer to a 2nd Degree Assault charged. These charges resulted from an investigation on February 8, 2006.
Maples – Warrant for Forgery, Lying, and Theft
At 10:30 am on Wednesday, Feb. 15, TFC M. Laney arrested Richard Lester Maples, 42, of Mechanicsville, on a St. Mary’s County District Court Arrest Warrant for Forgery, Uttering False Document and Theft. The warrant resulted from a theft investigation initiated on February 2, 2006 by TFC R. Rezza. Mr. Maples was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bail review.
Whitman – Summoned for Theft
At 7:45 pm on Monday, Feb. 13, TFC L. Nims served Nina Marie Whitman, 23, of Lusby, with a criminal summons to appear in court to answer to a Theft charge. This charge resulted from an October 20, 2005 investigation where the victim’s vehicle had been broken into and her wallet stolen.
Williams – Arrested for Failing to Appear to Answer Driving Charge
At 6:47 pm on Monday, Feb. 20, TFC J. Linger arrested Shanita Renee Williams, 21, of Stafford VA, on a St. Mary’s County Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear in court to answer to a charge of driving while revoked. Ms. Williams was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held until posting a $5,000 bail.
Windsor – Arrested for Failing to Appear on Driving Charges
At 8:15 pm on Monday, Feb. 20, TFC J. Linger arrested James Douglas Windsor, 26, of Mechanicsville, on a St. Mary’s County Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear in court to answer to a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Mr. Windsor was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held until posting a $3,500 bail.
Sweeney – Arrested for Failing to Appear for Violating Probation
At 11:25 pm on Monday, Feb. 20, Cpl. J. Vanhoy arrested Mary Catherine Sweeney, 43, of Mechanicsville, on a St. Mary’s County Circuit Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Violation of Probation Hearing. Ms. Sweeney was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held on no bond.
