On August 17, 2010 Cpl. Goodwin responded to the area of Pegg Road and Lexington Drive in Lexington Park, for a complaint of a disorderly subject in the roadway.
Upon arrival, Cpl. Goodwin contacted Ashley Marie Moore, 26 of Lexington Park, who was intoxicated. Cpl. Goodwin’s encounter was the second law enforcement contact with Moore more that day. Moore was walking in and out of the roadway causing a hazard to herself and motorists. She refused to leave the area with a sober driver and became loud and aggressive towards others.
Moore was arrested for disorderly intoxication.
