On Oct. 9, Julie Sue Ann Young, 26 of Lexington Park, was served, as a respondent, with a protective order. The protective order conditions included ordering no contact, by any means, with the petitioner.
On Oct. 12, Young attempted to contact the petitioner by telephone, in violation of the protective order.
Young was arrested and charged with violating the conditions of the protective order.
