On Dec. 22, at 12:22 a.m., TFC J. A. Pilkerton responded to the 13000 block of Point Lookout Road in Ridge for the reported Disturbance.
Once on the scene, TFC Pilkerton made contact with the female complainant, 32 of Ridge, who advised the suspect, Ryan David Longcor, 40 of Ridge, had assaulted her and damaged her Compaq laptop computer. After interviewing both parties, Mr. Longcor was taken into custody, charged with Second-Degree Assault and Malicious Destruction of Property under $1,000 and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner
