On December 18, Corporal D. Corcoran was investigating a dispute between Kristen Marie Zook, 39 of Lexington Park, and the victim.
Investigation revealed Zook deliberately broke the victim’s cellular telephone during the dispute.
Zook was arrested and charged with destruction of property.
