At 1:33 a.m. Dec. 9, Trooper Towers responded to Crazy Horse Trail, Lusby, for a motor vehicle accident.
Investigation revealed that the operator, Ann Marie Vass, 39, of Lusby, lost control of her vehicle while backing out of a driveway and ended up in some bushes.
A consent search was obtained and suspected Adderall was recovered from the glovebox.
Vass was then placed under arrest and charged with possession of Adderall. After processing, she was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
