On January 9, 2010 deputies responded to a residence on Rosewood Court in California, for a report of a domestic assault.
Investigation revealed Brittany Cornelia Kirk, 22 of California, was in a dispute with a victim which escalated into a physical assault when Kirk struck the victim in the face with a set of keys and punched the victim.
Kirk was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
