On December 28, 2010, Deputy Kristi Nelson responded to a residence in Lexington Park for a disturbance.
While on the scene, Deputy Nelson learned Malissa J. Jameson, 27 of Lexington Park, had struck her boyfriend in the face. While officers were on the scene, Jameson was uncooperative, refused to stop screaming and refused to obey the directions given by law enforcement. She was subsequently arrested, charged with assault, disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful order.
Malissa Jameson was released to the custody of the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
