At 12:51 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 21, TFC L. Nims responded to the Farmer’s Market, Charlotte Hall, for a reported theft.
The victim advised that an African American female, approximately 25 years old, grabbed several toys from their booth, threw them into a van and ran from the scene.
The van was located and the toys recovered. The investigation is continuing.
