On Wednesday, October 12, 2005 at 6:38 pm TFC R. Rezza responded to Bushwood Wharf Road, Bushwood, for a reported domestic disturbance.
The victim advised that the suspect struck the victim with his hands, grabbed her in the face and placed pressure on her eye.
No injuries were visible at that time. Charges are pending against the suspect for assault.
