Lexington Park,MD— On Dec.3 Deputy J. Bittner of St.Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 2200 block of Callahan Drive in Lexington Park, for the report of a disturbance in progress.
The victim alleged the suspect, Lisa Marie Kuntz, 25 of Lusby entered his house where the victim and his son were sleeping.
According to court documents “The victim advised he was asleep in bed with his son next to him when he was awoken by the door opening. The victim informed his ex-girlfriend, Lisa Marie Kuntz, walked into his bedroom and began to yell at him calling him an [expletive].”
After being removed, Kuntz broke out the glass in the front door, kicked in the panel, and then climbed through the door panel opening. The victim alleged Kuntz continued a physical assault on the victim. The victim displayed injuries consistent with the allegations.
“The victim advised the defendant had punched him in the face multiple times, grabbed his throat, and grabbed his testicles and twisted then when she was attempting to get back inside,” according to court documents.
The victim displayed injuries consistent with the allegations. Kuntz was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. She was charged with home invasion, third-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary, second-degree assault and destruction of property under $1000.
Kuntz has a trail date set for Dec.31 at St.Mary’s County District Court. Kuntz faces a maximum jail sentence of 48 years and 60 days and/or a maximum fine of $3,000.
