At 3:04 p.m. Nov. 21, TFC Dolinger of the Leonardtown barrack was dispatched to Hillside Drive, Lexington Park, for a reported destruction of property.

While enroute a lookout was given for a gold Chevrolet Tahoe as a possible suspect vehicle.ย  The vehicle was observed at Route 235 and Route 4.ย The officer stopped the vehicle and identified the three occupants.

Two of the occupants, Michelle Davis-Wills, 41, and Antoinette Michelle Davis, 20, both from Washington DC, were taken back to Hillside Drive.ย The victim identified both subjects as the ones who damaged the property.

Investigation revealed that Ms. Davis-Wills and Ms Davis had gone to the residence looking for Mr. Wills for lack of child support payments. When the victim advised that he was not at the residence, both subjects forced their way into the residence causing the screen door to be ripped away from the frame.

Once inside the residence, both subjects proceeded to Willsโ€™ bedroom where they took his personal clothing.ย  As they were disconnecting his satellite receiver from the television set, the television fell into a bedroom window causing the glass to break. The clothing and television set were taken out to their vehicle. Davis-Wills then removed a knife from a third victimโ€™s pick-up truck and punctured three tires.ย Davis removed a crow bar from the pick-up and smashed the rear window.

It was later determined that the television set and pick-up truck did not belong to Wills but to victim #2 and #3.

Both women were arrested and charged with malicious destruction of property over $500, theft under $500, and burglary in the 4th degree.

Both subjects advised that the third occupant of the Tahoe did not have anything to do with the crimes.ย The third occupant was not charged.

The women were taken to the St. Maryโ€™s County Detention Center, processed, and held pending a bail review.
