LEXINGTON PARK, MD — On June 3, a fire at a single family trailer home at 21459 Ritz Drive, Lexington Park was reported at 12:08 p.m.
NAS-PAX Fire Department and volunteer fire departments from Bay District, Valley Lee, Leonardtown, Hollywood all responded to the call.
A neighbor witnessed the incident as the smoke started pouring from the home.
“I watched the smoke come up through the windows and my mother called it in. We saw the flames coming out of the house. There were a lot of flames, so we and another neighbor called the fire department,” said the witness.
It was reported there was no injuries caused by the fire, more details to follow.
UPDATE 12:28 pm – SMECO is on the scene. Units have the fire controlled.
Great Mills, MD (12:10 pm) – A working trailer fire has been reported in Great Mills. Units are on the scene.
