On August 4, at 9:45 p.m., Trooper Esnes stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Western Shores Blvd. in Port Republic.
Mandy B. Lane, 23 of Lexington Park, was arrested and charged with DUI. A search revealed she was also in possession of Heroin.
She was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
