Zooptopia 2 Movie Night In North Beach Postponed To July 25

NORTH BEACH, Md. — This weekend’s beachfront viewing of “Zootopia 2” in North Beach has been postponed, according to a notification from the town.

Due to thunderstorms in the forecast, the Town of North Beach decided to move the date for “Zootopia 2” to Saturday, July 25.

The date has already been updated on the town’s website and the official Facebook event page.

Movies on the beach are projected onto a large, inflatable screen in the sand. All the movies are free and start at dusk. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets, as well as drinks and snacks. The program typically shows one movie per month and has already shown “Wicked: For Good.”

In addition to “Zootopia 2”, moviegoers can catch “Lilo & Stitch” on Aug. 22 and “Jurassic World: Rebirth” on Sept. 19.

“This beloved family-friendly tradition brings neighbors and visitors together for unforgettable evenings right on the sand. Watch the feature film projected onto a giant inflatable screen, settle in by the Chesapeake Bay, and enjoy a summer night full of fun, laughter, and community,” the Town of North Beach wrote in its Facebook announcement.
