LEONARDTOWN, Md. – This morning at approximately 1:52 a.m., police, fire and rescue personnel responded to the structure fire in the 26000 block of Yowaski Mill Road in Country Lakes.
Crews arrived on the scene to find the fire throughout a livestock, and equipment barn. The barn collapsed on the ground shortly after. Units from Mechanicsville and surrounding departments extinguished the fire and performed overhaul.
Crews operated for roughly 2 hours before returning back to service. No injuries were reported, and all livestock was accounted for.
