On July 22, 2009 at 8:04 p.m., a 17 year old juvenile male was arrested by Cpl. J. L. Linger for Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.
The juvenile was operating a black Ford Crown Victoria on Hollywood Road when he was stopped in the area of Doctor’s Crossing Road in Leonardtown for following another vehicle too close. Cpl. Linger made contact with the 17 year old male operator and a stale odor of burnt Marijuana was emitting from the vehicle. The juvenile was found to be in possession of 17 vials of PCP, 6 bags of Marijuana and two digital scales.
The juvenile was taken into custody and transported to the Leonardtown Barrack where he was processed and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Distribute PCP and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia. Juvenile Services were contacted and the juvenile was ordered to be transported to the Cheltenham Youth Facility pending further action by Juvenile Services.
