On Thursday, Feb. 9, TFC M. Davis, MSP Wave Team in Prince George’s County, arrested Raymond Augustus Burch 3rd, 50, of Washington DC. A warrant had been issued for Mr. Burch’s arrest for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.
The warrant was issued after Mr. Burch took the victim’s vehicle and refused to return it on December 6, 2005. The recovered vehicle was returned to the owner. Burch was taken to the Prince George’s County Detention Center and held pending a bail review.
