On June 28, at approximately 1:30 a.m., an unknown suspect entered the 7-11 Convenience store at 2849 Chesapeake Beach Road West in Dunkirk and robbed the store clerk at gunpoint.
The clerk advised Det. Scott Brown of the Criminal Investigative Team that she observed a black male, wearing a mask over his face, approach her with a gun and asked for money. She gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money from the store cash register and he left without further incident, traveling south on foot at the rear of the business.
The suspect is described as approximately 6 feet tall and was wearing blue jeans and a black sweatshirt.
