On February 27, at approximately 3:37 a.m., Deputy M. Boyer responded to a report of a disturbance on Lexwood Court in Lexington Park.

As Boyer approached the apartment where the disturbance was reported he could hear a male, later identified as Anthony Leon Brooks, 29 of Lexington Park,ย yelling from within the apartment.ย  Dfc. Boyer instructed Brooks to calm down and he complied.ย 

On February 27,ย Dfc. Boyer was again dispatched to Lexwood Court to the same apartment for a second report of a check the welfare/911 hung up call.ย  Dfc. Boyer contacted a female inside the apartment who stated she did not call 911.ย  Dfc. Boyer asked about Brooks who was in the apartment during the previous disturbance.ย  The female stated she did not know where Brooks was.ย  Dfc. Boyer located Brooks huddled behind an exterior door attempting to hide.ย  As Dfc. Boyer approached Brooks, Brooks started knocking on apartment doors trying to hide and causing a disturbance.ย  As Dfc. Boyer was attempting to interview Brooks, Brooks began to yell and curse loud enough to cause neighbors to look out their windows to see who was causing a disturbance.ย 

Brooks refused to lower his voice and was arrested for disorderly conduct.ย
