
VALLEY LEE, Md. – On January 31, 2024, at approximately 8:22 a.m., emergency personnel responded to a single motor vehicle accident on Blake Creek Road in the area of Valley Lane.
Upon arrival, crews found the vehicle off the roadway crashed into a tree. The driver was suffering from an ankle injury.
EMS initially requested a MEDEVAC for the patient, but it was canceled due to adverse weather conditions. Instead, the patient was transported by ambulance to the MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police continue to investigate the collision.
