LUSBY, Md. — A Lusby man is facing multiple felony charges after Calvert County authorities allege he sexually assaulted a 19-year-old woman who was substantially impaired by alcohol.

Elias Aristotle Labrador, 34, of Lusby, was charged with second-degree rape (without consent), second-degree rape of a helpless or impaired individual, third-degree sexual offense involving a helpless or impaired individual, and second-degree assault, according to court records.

The charges stem from an incident reported to have occurred between approximately 10 p.m. on Jan. 16, 2026, and 2 a.m. on Jan. 17, 2026, at a residence in Lusby.

According to charging documents, the victim and Labrador were acquaintances who had previously engaged in a consensual relationship that had since ended. On Jan. 16, the victim went to Labrador’s residence after work. Court records allege she informed Labrador prior to arriving that she did not want to engage in sexual activity.

Investigators state that alcohol was consumed at the residence. The victim reported that she repeatedly told Labrador to stop when he attempted to remove her clothing and that she later blacked out due to intoxication. According to the statement of probable cause, the victim reported waking up partially unclothed and experiencing physical pain consistent with sexual activity.

Medical personnel later conducted a Sexual Assault Forensic Exam (SAFE), which documented injuries consistent with recent sexual trauma, according to court documents.

Authorities also reviewed text messages, screenshots and a recorded phone call as part of the investigation. In a recorded conversation cited in the charging documents, Labrador allegedly acknowledged engaging in sexual activity while both parties had consumed alcohol. Investigators allege evidence indicated the victim was substantially cognitively and physically impaired at the time of the incident and unable to meaningfully consent.

An arrest warrant was issued Feb. 13, 2026, and served Feb. 18. Labrador was initially held without bond. During a bail review hearing Feb. 19 before Judge Michelle R. Saunders in Calvert District Court, bond was set at $50,000 percentage bond. Court records indicate a $5,000 cash bond was posted Feb. 20.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 16, 2026, in Calvert District Court.

  1. What a piece of Sh**! He has a record of doing this in the past…throw him in jail. And I know that his wife is no better than him!!!

  2. He is a piece of crap. Him & his wife had to prey on a young girl & take advantage of her. The wife needs to be charged as well. They both were providing alcohol to a minor as well as illegal substances.
