
SOLOMONS, Md. – April 21, 2026 – The Calvert Marine Museum announces the fourth concert of the 2026 Waterside Music Series, featuring ZZ Top with special guest George Thorogood & the Destroyers, on Friday, Sept. 11 at 7 p.m. at the Motto Mortgage Preferred and RE/MAX One Waterside Pavilion.
Known worldwide as “That Little Ol’ Band From Texas,” ZZ Top has spent more than five decades delivering its signature blend of rock, blues and boogie. Formed in 1969, the band rose to fame with hits including “La Grange,” “Sharp Dressed Man” and “Legs,” and has sold hundreds of millions of records worldwide. Inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, ZZ Top remains one of rock’s most enduring and recognizable acts.

Tickets for this concert go on sale to Calvert Marine Museum members on Wednesday, April 22 at 10 a.m. EST, and to the public on Friday, April 24 at 10 a.m. EST.
