St. Mary’s County Public Schools has been notified by the Emergency Operations Center that Wildewood Parkway is closed between Wildewood Drive and Hickory Nut due to a gas leak. Students living in this area will be held at their schools until such time as the road is open and we are able to complete the afternoon run. All students not living in the affected area will be transported home as part of the early dismissal.
