St. Mary’s County BCI detectives are investigating a reported assault which occurred on August 29 at approximately 3:30 p.m. at Mark’s Electronics in California.
The attacker was originally described in the official press release as a black male, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, wearing blue jeans, black shirt and tan gloves, entered the store and physically attacked the female clerk. However, TheBAYNET.com has been contacted by the victim who described the attacker as being closer to six feet tall and 150 to 170 pounds with short, clean-cut hair and wearing black and tan gloves.
The clerk resisted the attacker and he fled on foot.
