A night out ends with one being arrested

On Sunday, March 22, at 1:26 am, Tpr K. Morris responded to the ABC Liquor and Lounge for a disturbance. 

Upon arrival, Tpr. Morris observed a bouncer walking Bradley J. Schmid, 30, of California out of the bar.  Investigation revealed that Mr. Schmid had been involved in a verbal altercation with a female subject and had been asked to leave 20 minutes prior to Tpr. Morris’ arrival. 

Tpr. Morris made contact with Mr. Schmid, who immediately began yelling and cursing. 

A No Trespass Order was issued, and Tpr. Morris attempted to walk Mr. Schmid to the front of the establishment to wait for a cab.  Mr. Schmid continued to yell and curse, and was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. 

He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner (15-MSP-010142).
