Calvert County Dep. Craig Johnson responded to the Dunkirk WaWa convenience store on Nov. 28 at 12:35 a.m. for the report of a fight in progress.
After speaking with witnesses, the victim and the suspect, Dep. Johnson arrested Nicholas Joseph Lilly, 18 of North Beach, and charged him with assault.
The victim did not require medical attention.
