A charity shopping event has turned into a miracle on Old Washigton Road. Cindy Booth, a Silpada Design’s Silver Jewelry Independent Representative, presents a $350 charitable gift donation to Dora Carter of Catholic Charities Angel’s Watch; a tri-county shelter for single women and women with children in emergencies, domestic violence, hypothermia and transitional housing.
Miracle on Old Washington Road, a charity shopping event, brought together a caring community and Silpada Jewelry to benefit the children of Angel’s Watch on Saturday, Dec. 6 at the Southern Maryland Business Center. The center’s owner, Darlene Breck, graciously provided the venue and refreshment to host this successful event.
